Design Process - Team Rwanda Collabration March 17 2013
We were honored to work with Richmond Cycling Corps (RCC) again on a special collaboration with Team Rwanda. RCC was asked by Team Rwanda to create a t-shirt to promote the film Rising from Ashes -- a feature length documentary about Team Rwanda. Three teens: Kadasjah Whitehurst, Regina Miles and Diamond Womack were inspired by the project and began sketching. Within minutes the initial concept was there - a bicycle created from the word Team. Below is a inside look at the design process.

A Day with Richmond Cycling Corps March 12 2013
A few weeks ago we had the honor to spend a day at Richmond Cycling Corps in Richmond Va. The after school program for youth from Richmond's public housing projects is action-packed. After a quick briefing by program director, the kids dispersed into small groups and began working on their individual projects. We were asked to come talk to a small group of three very creative girls about clothing design and the process of screen printing. There we met Kadasjah "K", a 16 year old Richmond teen who had an amazing idea for a t-shirt for Richmond Cycling Corps.Read More >>

On July 28th Ted King, Tim Johnson and Ryan Kelly will depart on yet another epic ride. Last year the three friends rode 200 miles in one day on Vermont's famous Route 100. You'll remember last year that we sold Vermont green t-shirts after Ryan infamously said, "I feel like I've been run over by a dumptruck of awesome." Shortly after the event hurricane Irene's subsequent flooding and winds devastated the region. To give back, we donated all of the nearly $2,000 proceeds to the Vermont Food Bank.
This year we have a new route and a new cause. With a new route and cause comes a new version of the famous Dumptruck full of Awesome Tee. The Colorado wildfires of 2012 are ravaging the state and we want to give back to the cycling community that has again given us so much. All proceeds from these new t-shirts will benefit the Colorado Red Cross.
